I am considering opening a high end designer boutique in LA selling handbags, clothes and shoes. Would designers like Dolce and Gabbana, Prada, Alice and Olivia, Ted Baker etc be likely to take me on or do they mainly only supply to high end department stores?

What do designers like Chanel do with last seasons bags? They obviously don't go on clearance so what happens to them? TJ Maxx has Chanel? Wow, who ever happens to find Chanel there is lucky. Btw, I'm not looking to buy, I'm just curious.
