Is name brand just another word for designer or are they different? I googled it but found nothing other than designer bags were usually above 0.00. Is everything else under that 0 mark just a brand?

Okay, Supposedly, designer bags would be cheaper in Cancun due to the exchange rate stuff. Is that true? And would you pay in dollars or pesos?
And don’t tell me that they are fake, because i know they have certified stores there. (Chanel, Gucci, etc…)

These girls around here (the OC) have designer bags in middle school… they wear mascara and eyeliner like pros. What are your opinions? Isn’t that too young?
