American things or other foreign brands will be like about 50% - 200% more expensive. Apart from this, very few people would buy imported stuff, since you get the same for much cheaper, they don't mind if it's fake or not. They only thing that Chinese would prefer imported are cars, we all know import tax on cars is about 80% - 100%, but people will still buy imported cars.
