Can I sell an authentic designer bag on Ebay?

I have heard of people being suspended from Ebay for selling designer bags. I figure that those bags were actually fakes which are illegal to sell. However mine is authentic I have the tags and receipts. Will I be suspended for selling these authentic bags on Ebay?

You may not be suspended by ebay but if you use any pictures or references from the actual designer they could get you for trade mark infringement.

no you wont be suspended. as long as it’s legit!! if ebay asks for confirmation or anything just show them the receipt!! which you have! fakes are banned from ebay, and your authentic one will make a lot of money if it’s rare on ebay! ebay’s the place to go
No, you definetely wont get suspended. When you do post up the product make sure you include pictures of the receipts and tags so the buyer wont report your bag and suspect that it is a fake. As long as you have evidence you are good! So good luck!
nooo. as long as your item is authentic and you show the tags receipts or even the bad you bought it in you won’t get suspended. if you also have high and good feedback people will bid more.
sometimes selling handbags on ebay may not get much profit but the choice is always yours.
You can sell it. certain brands like gucci, burberry are very particular. when you see someone has been suspended it is for so many other reasons.Especially if you have 20 of the same bag listed… Do your research first on terapeak and find out what the bag sold for last week and then take as many photos of the bag along with an honest description.
