yes i already asked this question that is only because the only answers i got were ones like "lugging a 16 pound dog around will tire you out" and "try putting 2 milk cartons in your backpack and see what its like carrying that much weight" that is not helping me. ok he weighs 5-8 pounds and the only reason i said 16 pounds was because i didn’t know how much he weighed ok. so can anyone help me find a dog carrier bag that wont tire me out, can hold treats, and not to expensive please and thank you.
he doesn’t walk whenever we put him on the leash we have to drag him down the street (not literly) dont know how to spell that
how could enforce that behaivor

Its called a leash and collar (or harness). Dogs have 4 legs for a reason, make it use them. Toting your dog around all the time can cause obesity anyway.
Add… The reason your dog won’t walk on a leash is because you enforce that behavior by carrying it. Stop carrying it and make it do something!
I have a cute little dog that I could carry in a tote too, but I choose not to because frankly it looks retarded.
